They say that this cannot happen now, but all the same I'm somewhat fearful, particularly when my passion for mushrooms sometimes leads me into far distant woods and thickets. Then suddenly a ''rash'' appeared all over her body, and we imagined it was scarlet fever. A children's doctor was sent for, and he thoroughly reassured us, saying that this was the most trivial childhood illness. Now she is completely healthy. I'm very fond of this sweet little girl. I haven't been to [[Moscow]] in ages now. I'm thinking of going there in a few days. Give [[Modya]] and also Zainka a kiss from me; bow to Mr Sangursky and Nara. [[Modya]] asks for [[Kondratyev]]'s address, which is: ''Moscow province, town of Podolsk, Durnovo dacha, [[Nikolay Kondratyev\|N. D. Kondratyev]]''. I kiss you, golubchik! Каждый день хожу за грибами и иногда приношу целую большую корзину, наполненную превосходными красными и белыми грибами. Вообще чем больше узнаю эту местность, тем больше восхищаюсь ею.
