	I don't have a piano, and my hopes of acquiring one in Yelizavetgrad were unsuccessful. This is very frustrating and inconvenient. However, everything, thank God, is going well. Послал? Ответь на это. Недолго продолжал ось моё полное удовлетворение от жизни в Каменке. Теперь, во 1-х, наступила засуха, приводящая в отчаянье, а, во 2-х, с приезда Саши, несмотря на всё удовольствие видеть их всех вообще и Боба в особенности, — пошла всегдашняя суета, и тот мир, который столь отдохновительно подействовал на меня тотчас после приезда, обратился в беспокойную и преисполненную раздражающих меня подробностей жизнь. Начинаю понимать, что теперь уж я слишком стар для того, чтобы быть приживалкой. Я дошёл до того, что вчера весь вечер немилосердно дулся за то, что к ужину была подана курица и отменено какое-то другое кушанье, а вместо него простокваша. Да и тысяча других мелочей было, обнаруживших во мне приживальщичий нрав, который может сделаться совсем несносным, если я не поселюсь. у себя.
