Ради Бога, похлопочи а клавираусцуге и напиши, в каком положении это дело. Если нельзя напечатать ко времени, то можно переписать, и нужно 4 экземпляра. Ещё потрудись мне написать, когда будет концерт с моей симфонией, теперь это уже, вероятно, известно.

Most gracious friend!

For God's sake, take care with the piano reduction, and write to me how matters stand [1]. If it can't be printed in time, then it needs to be written out, and 4 copies are required. Kindly also write to me with the date of the concert with my symphony [2], which should probably already be known by now.
