Пишу тебе несколько строк, чтобы ты не беспокоился о мехе. Меня надул подлейшим образом один меховщик; завтра высылается тебе мех, купленный у другого. Все это меня очень мучит. При каждом порыве ветра я мучаюсь, думая о тебе. Целую тебя крепко.

I'm writing you a few lines so that you won't worry about the furs [1]. I was swindled in the most dastardly fashion by one of the farriers; tomorrow I'm sending you furs I purchased from another one. This was all very upsetting. With every gust of wind I'm upset thinking about you. I kiss you hard.
