Dear Karl!

Please send me three or preferably 5 rubles, and also if possible posters and newspapers.

Yesterday I met a theatrical artist, who asked me to send the harp part from the "Voyevoda" dances to the theatre by tonight, because they are not in the theatre, although the "Dances" will be played tonight.

I kiss in advance the hand which will be pulling 5 rubles from your wallet.

P. Tchaikovsky
