Die Kaiserliche Direction des Moskauer Opern Theater wäre sehr erfreut, wenn Sie in Moskau während der Winter-Saison (September — April), auf der hiesigen Bühne singen könnten. Ist das möglich? Wenn ja, wie viel möchten Sie Gage bekommen? Könnten Sie bis dahin so viel in der Russischen Sprache weit sein, dass Sie alles russisch singen könnten? Ich werde so froh sein Sie wieder zu sehen und zu hören! In allen Beziehungen wäre es so gut für uns und holffentlich für Sie!!! Bitte gleich die Antwort auf alte diese Fragen nach Moskau dem Herrn Altani (Moskau, Grosse Dmirtowka, Kaiserliche Theater Direction) zu schicken! Is that possible? If so, then what fee would you require? Are you sufficiently familiar with the Russian language that you could sing everything in Russian?
