Most respected baron!
No-one is permitted to attend any of the rehearsals [1]. The general rehearsal takes place on Wednesday, and as an author, your presence on the stage is unlikely to be forbidden [2]. I shall endeavour to obtain 2 seats at the 1st performance for your wife and daughter. With sincere devotion and respect, P. Tchaikovsky |
