Wife of Tchaikovsky's friend Nikolay Kondratyev, known after her marriage as Mariya Sergeyevna Kondratyeva (Мария Сергеевна Кондратьева).

Dedications

In 1882, Tchaikovsky dedicated his piano piece Valse de Salon — No. 1 of the Six Pieces, Op. 51 — "à Madame Mary de Kondratiew".
