	Второе представление «''Черевичек''» было более гладкое и ровное, чем первое. Крутикова была не в голосе, но всё-таки она лучше ~~Светловской~~. Публика сначала держала себя довольно холодно, но постепенно воодушевлялась, и в конце концов крику и шуму оказалось вполне достаточно. Мне дирижировать было гораздо труднее, чем в первый раз; по временам даже находил страх, ужас и чувство, что вот-вот сейчас не в силах буду махать дальше. Однако ж никто этого не заметил. Объясняю себе это тем, что я вообще ''слишком'' уже утомлён всеми впечатлениями, испытанными в последнее время. Пора домой! Ох как пора! Сердце ноет и приятно замирает, как только вспомню, что скоро буду один в деревне. Пробовал хоть немножко «''Чародейкой''» ~~заняться—но~~ почти ничего не сделал. Слышал 2 раза ''д'Альбера''. Превосходный, гениальный пианист. Видался с Анной. Она очень потрясена смертью Тани, как-то осунулась и побледнела, но Кира здорова.
