Alma Aronson
American soprano (b. 14 April 1867 [N.S.] in New York), born Almira Chandler, known on stage as Alma Almira Dalma, and by marriage as Alma de Valencie or Alma Aronson.
She married twice, first to Camilo de Valencie in 1883, and then in 1889 to musical director Rudolph Aronson (1856–1919); both marriages were dissolved.
During the 1890s she toured in Europe, and Tchaikovsky met her on board the steamship Fürst Bismarck, on his return from New York in May 1891. Nothing is known of her later years.
