Antwerp (Antwerpen) is the capital city of Antwerp province, in the Flemish (Vlaanderen) region of Belgium.

Tchaikovsky in Antwerp

Tchaikovsky stayed briefly in Antwerp from 17/29 to 19/31 July 1861, as part of his first summer holiday outside Russia. He reported that "Antwerp hasn't made a particularly agreeable impression upon me" [1].
