Secretary to the Russian Imperial family (b. 31 July/12 August 1826 in Saint Petersburg; d. 23 June/5 July 1898), born Fyodor Adolfovich Oom (Фёдор Адольфович Оом).

Oom was the secretary to the future Alexander III from 1865 to 1867, and then to Alexander's wife, the Grand Duchess (later Empress) Mariya Fyodorovna until 1898.
