Wife of Tchaikovsky's friend Nikolay Kondratyev, known after her marriage as Mariya Sergeyevna Kondratyeva (Мария Сергеевна Кондратьева).

Dedications

In 1882 Tchaikovsky dedicated his Valse de Salon — No. 1 of the Six Pieces, Op. 51, for piano — to Mariya Kondratyeva.
