Russian civil servant (b. 1834), born Vladimir Illarionovich Bibikov (Вдадимир Илларионович Бибиков).

The son of Illarion Mikhaylovich Bibikov (1792–1860) and his wife Yekaterina Ivanovna (b. Muravyeva-Apostol, 1795–1861), who Tchaikovsky became acquainted with in the 1860s. In 1892 the composer wrote to Bibikov asking him to assist Olga Nápravník, wife of the composer Eduard Nápravník, regarding an unspecified matter.
