French journalist, art critic, collector, and educator (b. 6 November 1851 in Beaumarches; d. 19 October 1914 in Beaumarches), born Louis de Boussès Fourcaud.

In 1884, he commissioned the piano piece Impromptu-Caprice from Tchaikovsky.
