Czech music publisher (b. 28 July 1853 [N.S.] in Moravské Budějovice; d. 26 September 1902 [N.S.] in Prague), born Velebín Augustin František Urbánek.

Tchaikovsky conducted a charity concert in Prague on 7/19 February 1888 at the invitation of Velebín Urbánek, who was then the manager of the Umelečká beseda (Society of Artists).
