Czech music publisher (b. 28 July 1853 in Moravské Budějovice; d. 26 September 1902 in Prague).

Tchaikovsky conducted a charity concert in Prague on 7/19 February 1888 at the invitation of Velebin Urbánek, who was then the manager of the Umelečká beseda (Society of Artists).
