Permettez[-]moi de Vous recommander aussi chaudement que possible M[onsieu]r Kamionsky, un jeune chanteur plein d'espérance qui voudrait commencer sa carrière en Italie.

J'ose espérer, Monsieur, que Vous lui accorderez Votre bienveillante attention et tout en Vous remerciant d'avance pour tout ce que Vous aurez la bonté da faire pour mon jeune compatriote. Je Vous prie, Monsieur, d'agréer l'expression de mes meilleurs sentiments.
