Tchaikovsky in Nuremberg

Tchaikovsky stayed at Nuremberg from 7/19 to 8/19 August 1876, after returning from the first Wagner Festival in nearby Bayreuth. "This Nuremberg is so charming", he wrote to his brother Modest [1].
