Czech music publisher (b. 28 July 1853 in Moravské Budějovice; d. 26 September 1902 in Prague).
Tchaikovsky conducted a charity concert in Prague on 7/19 February 1888 at the invitation of Velebin Urbánek, who was then the manager of the Umelečká beseda (Society of Artists).

- Letter 3377 – 8/20 October 1887, from Saint Petersburg
- Letter 3395a – 6/18 November 1887, from Saint Petersburg.
9 letters from Velebín Urbánek to the composer, dating from 1887 to 1892, are preserved in the Klin House-Museum archive.
