Project:Tchaikovsky Research

Tchaikovsky Research

The Tchaikovsky Research web-site was launched in February 2006, with the aim of making information about the life and works of Russia's greatest composer more widely accessible.

This ongoing project is the product of collaboration of Tchaikovsky scholars and enthusiasts worldwide, and we intend continually to expand upon the present selection of pages by adding new information on a regular basis. Contributors include Brett Langston, Alexander Poznansky, Luis Sundkvist, Valery Sokolov, Lucinde Braun, Ronald de Vet, Jean-Pierre Mabille, Thomas Kohlhase, Alexander Komarov, Henry Zajaczkowski, Uwe Sauerteig, Yuliya White, Anna-Maria Leonard, Anthony Fisher, and Simon A. Morrison.

If you are interested in becoming a contributor to the project, or would simply like to pass on your comments, then you are welcome to contact us at:

Translators Wanted

Work is progressing on the next phase of development of the Tchaikovsky Research web-site, and you may be in a position to help.

We are looking for volunteers to help with the translation of documents from Russian into English, so that they can be published on these pages. Like all the work on this site, it would be a labour of love (i.e. without payment), but your translations could benefit hundreds of thousands of English-speaking Tchaikovsky lovers worldwide. If you would be interested in finding out more, then please e-mail info@tchaikovsky-research.net for more details.
