Maurice Ordonneau (1854–1916)

French journalist and librettist (b. 18 June 1854 [N.S.] in Saintes, Charente-Maritime; d. 14 November 1916 [N.S.] in Paris).

A prolific collaborator on librettos for many light opera composers, Ordonneau also served as editor of the French daily newspaper Le Gaulois during the last years of the nineteenth century.
