Был 2 дня в Москве, хотел к Вам зайти, но решительно не мог. В следующий раз, когда буду в Москве, непременно побываю у Вас. Охотно бы доставил Вам уроки, да ведь на это случай нужен, а мне тем более это трудно, что я даже не живу в Москве. Очень жаль, что Вы отказались от Сум. Именно Вам, жившей уже там, было бы удобно принять это место. Я устроился наконец прочным образом в новом, очень уютном жилище, в том же Майданове. Очень радуюсь, что наконец у меня есть свой постоянный уголок.
