8 ноября [18]92 Гранд-отель Дорогой Павел Михайлович! Г[оспо]жа Монукова убедительнейше просит ходатайствовать за неё перед Вами. В чем ходатайство, Вы знаете. Итак, прошу Вас за неё и могу аттестовать её с весьма хорошей стороны. Ей, главное, хочется знать, может ли она рассчитывать на желаемое место, ибо от этого зависит решение вопроса: ехать ли ей в Москву или оставаться здесь? 8 November 1892 Grand-Hôtel Dear Pavel Mikhaylovich! Mrs Monukova has earnestly requested me to make representations to you on her behalf. You are aware of her petition, and so I can testify on her behalf in all good faith. Most importantly she would like to know whether she might expect the place she desires, because this will determine whether she goes to Moscow or stays here. Therefore I ask you to send a couple of words in reply. I embrace you. P. Tchaikovsky
