17 July 1888 Golubchik Kolichka! Your letter has taken an awfully long time, and I only received it yesterday [1]. I don't know if this reply will reach you in time. I want to abide by your wishes, and I'm writing to Modya that this is what you want [2]. Will you call on me on your way back? I hope so! At last the wonderful weather has arrived! I kiss you. Give a hug to handsome Volodya from me [3]. Yours P. Tchaikovsky |
