Russian civil servant (b. 1834), born Vladimir Illarionovich Bibikov (Вдадимир Илларионович Бибиков).

The son of Illarion Mikhaylovich Bibikov (1792–1860) and his wife Yekaterina Ivanovna (b. Muravyeva-Apostol, 1795–1861), who Tchaikovsky became acquainted with in the 1860s. In 1892, the composer wrote to Bibikov asking him to assist Olga Nápravník, wife of the conductor Eduard Nápravník, regarding an unspecified matter.
