Fernow was the co-owner of the agency ''Konzert-Direktion Hermann Wolff'', founded in 1880 by [[Hermann Wolff]]. Following [[Wolff]]'s death in 1902, Fernow took over the management of the company.

German concert agent, based in Hamburg (b. 5 March 1849 [N.S.] in Inowrocław; d. 26 June 1917 [N.S.] in Berlin).

Fernow was the co-owner of the agency Konzert-Direktion Hermann Wolff, founded in 1880 by Hermann Wolff. Following Wolff's death in 1902, Fernow took over the management of the company.

Tchaikovsky corresponded with Fernow ("Monsieur de Fernov") in 1890 in connection with arrangements for his forthcoming visit to the United States in April and May 1891, which was being organised by Wolff's agency.
